Blue Tit 3 Blue Tits are easy to recognise, with a blue cap and a yellow belly.In spring and summer, watch out for young blue tits which have yellow instead of white cheeks. It is robin- sized or smaller. The beak is black and small. Also the feather colours are black, white, blue, grey, green and yellow. Wren 1 Small with white breast that has white stripes. Black "strap" around eye with a brown head. Rest of the body is brown with black stripes. Small black beak with longer black legs. Wings and tail longer than body. Darren Woodward 05/06/13 9 Flying in a straight line very fast, probably flying away from a threat, also looks like it's trying to fly back to it's family. Flying above my garden, then flew off to a woodland near Pennington Flash. Leigh St Thomas
Black-headed Gull 1 White head with black eyes. Body size approximately 30cm. Area of wingspan approximately 12m. Black stripe on either side of wing, with a black dot at the tip of each wing either side. The rest of body is white. No tail except for a black tuft that goes outwards at the end of the body.
